VOICED: The Prime Minister has asked the leaders of the Commonwealth countries to unite in a new initiative to reduce plastic pollution in the world's oceans.Ahead of their summit tomorrow, Mrs May said the UK would invest 60-million pounds in research focusing on improving waste management in developing nations.
