Senator Cornyn press statement on ZTE sanction

Texas Senator John Cornyn tells reporters at a weekly briefing that he credits a committee for supporting the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States of an interagency review for potentially negative national security implications, an important piece of work but one in the China picture, that China is on the march in trade or accessing dual use technology in the economic and national security threat, hoping for a continued discussion while it was easy to conflate economic and national security concerns because the threat posed by China to the United States economically and militarily was not something to ignore any longer.
