Senator John Cornyn of Texas questions DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz at the Senate Judiciary Committee in a hearing on the DOJ and FBI actions in advance of the 2016 presidential election about the credibility of FBI investigations in to Hillary Clinton's emails and Russia election interference, Horowitz confirms there may be concerns with similar people being involved with both investigations who have a conflict of interest.
