LAVERNE SHIRLEY

UNITED STATES - OCTOBER 04: LAVERNE AND SHIRLEY - "Laverne and Shirley Meet Fabian" - Season Three - 10/4/77 Fabian's concert is sold out, but the girls still want to see him. They bet Rosie that they cannot only meet Fabian but that they will have their pictures taken with him. Rosie agrees to the bet and says that if she should lose, she'll clean the girls' apartment. Laverne and Shirley dress up as maids and sneak into the hotel where Fabian is staying. A lot of antics ensue as the girls wait desperately for Fabian to return to his room. When they hear him coming, they hide, and each ends up hanging on the inside of the door of the linen closet. When they finally get to meet Fabian, they go crazy smothering him with kisses and swooning as he sings. Laverne invites him to join her on a cozy spot on the bed. In the end, the gang enjoys a game of Monopoly, and Rosie eats her words as she is put on little potty-cleaning patrol with only a toothbrush.
