Two Ulcerative Scleroses On The Os Uteri

The cervix as a whole is swollen and edematous, and shows several cicatricial contractions, the result of former confinements. On symmetrical areas of the anterior and posterior lips are two sharply circumscribed scleroses, with raised edges and purulent floor. The surrounding tissue is very hard to the touch.
